Maria Useche, Co-Educator
Maria is a dedicated early childhood educator with over 15 years of experience working with young children in both the United States and Colombia. Her bilingual background and cross-cultural experience bring a unique perspective to the classroom, allowing her to connect with children and families from diverse backgrounds. Maria is recognized for her warm and enthusiastic teaching style, as well as her ability to tailor learning experiences to meet the unique needs of each child. She places a strong emphasis on social-emotional learning and fostering a love of discovery.
Maria likes to incorporate music and movement as a joyful way to engage young learners, and believes it is a powerful tool for language development, motor skills, and self-expression. She is passionate about children’s literature and enjoys spending time at the library with her son.
Maria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art with a minor in Communication Arts from Framingham State College. In 2015, she expanded her expertise by obtaining a TESOL for Children Certification and completing a 100-hour certificate course in Psychological Development in Children. As she continues to grow professionally, Maria is excited to pursue a Montessori certification through an accredited program.
